Hello Bowl people,

It's Fin, and oh dear sorry for being absent. I haven't even updated my own blog nearly a month!

So enough of my sad excuse, whats TCV? It's THE CLICK FIVE's new album! * fan girl scream*

If you think I'm doing a review, uhh sorry to disappoint. I've been uber busy that I've lack music in life. Sad case. I have heard their newest single, "The way it goes" and I must say it is a new sound. And I know most people prefer Eric Dill as lead, but boo hoo he left. Anyways the new album is a far cry from their first. When Click Five first came out, they were known as the new pop boyband. Dressed in suits and armed with clean cut good looks. Come second album, they have a new front man, still in suits but the suit didn't last long. Now hail the third album, their suits are gone. You probably wouldn't recognise them if it weren't for Kyle there.

Maybe the album cover is a symbol of them changing the image and changing their sound. I can say for sure that they have a more alternative sound compared to mainstream. Could it be good or bad? I'm sure true fans will enjoy it no doubt. It kind of reminds me the switch that Panic! at the Disco made when the change their sound from their first album to their second. I prefer their first album though. But the changes in Click Five's sound isn't as a dramatic as the example given.

If you are a fan, go ahead and buy it. If it's not good. You can ogle at their pictures hehehe :D

American Idol Season 10

Hey sharkies,

So American Idol season 10 started last Thursday with a brand new look and brand new judges (except Randy Jackson). Most people were getting ready for a train wreck of this seasons Idol because theres no more Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul or those other 2 (Ellen and Kara) which I never quite considered them as judges for many reasons. I have to admit I was one of those people but after the first episode I think I'm an Idol fan still. The fact remains that most of this show did revolve around Simon Cowell and his comments before this but I dont think his absence has taken a lot out of Idol at least not as much as what most expected.

The new judges Steven Tyler (frontman of Aerosmith) and Jennifer Lopez are certainly no Simon Cowell but they have so much personalities of their own I dont actually think there even needs to be someone like Cowell. Steven Tyler is funny and very weird at times but its kinda amusing at times but the fact that he flirts with almost all the girls that walked through is a bit weird like you know a 62 year old doesnt hit on a 16 year old no matter what but I guess if you're a rockstar it happens anyways because the girls being hit on actually dont mind it so who am I to care. Also I totally loved it when he did beats and stuff for when there was this guy singing.

Anyways Jennifer Lopez need I say more she is so stunningly beautiful its really a distraction at times and she's surely the best dressed judge so far. She is also someone that wears he heart on her sleeves so we can see it. I totally want like both her outfits she wore to the judges table the first two episodes. Oh yeah and Randy has improved no more screaming "dawg" and he has actually added new words to his vocab so thats pretty refreshing. Though while Jennifer Lopez is best dressed Judge ... ermm Randy is not quite though he wore a Britney Spears inspired outfit like all schoolgirl decked out but he's not the worst yet that still belongs to Simon.

So from what I've seen Season 10 sure has a whole lot to offer in the sense of judges and new improvements but we all do know that this show will lie on the talent it can reap. So after last years dissapointing talents we know that even Simon Cowell couldnt make it better. Thus I hope what I saw in the judges so far stays the same and I think these three compliment each other well like no one person shines too much or anything so they work well for me and if they stay the same it should be a knock out of the park. As for talent there's a few I like so far but theres a few annoying ones I found that got through too hope they dont stay long.

Well we'll just have to pray that theres an Carrie Underwood, Adam Lambert, Jordin Sparks, Chris Daughtry, Kris Allen, David Archuleta, Blake Lewis and Kelly Clarkson this time around to make sure Idol carries on strong.

Where Do Dreams Go?

Dreams. Fantasy. Fiction. Fairytale.

People admit it loudly that they're grown ups now,

no longer little kids.

But the truth is, we all start to live in our wonderland

the moment we lie in bed to sleep.

Roll here. I just watched Narnia(finally) and honestly, I like Narnia more than Harry Potter. I read all the books from both and watched all the movies, but I guess different people have different way of liking things. Sometimes I hate watching Narnia, because at the end of it, I get kinda depressed because my world isn't like that.

Crazy, huh? But it's true. I guess we all get caught up with what we want at times. I wonder how C.S. Lewis felt when he wrote the books.

Won't it be so cool if all your dreams, the wonderland that you built in your mind would become a reality? Some of you dream of studying at Hogwarts, what if that came true and you get to meet Harry Potter - not Daniel Radcliffe...the REAL Harry Potter. Wonder how your life will be. Some people actually got admitted and needed therapy sessions after watching Avatar because they got so depressed that their worlds are not like in the movie. Guess I could fit in with them :|

I'm not sure if anyone of you thought of this before - but I'm pretty sure it passed through your mind once in a while. Have you ever wondered if there's another world living out there? Like a different dimension. Similar to us but maybe, slightly different. Maybe those people in that dimension have magic, maybe they're super short, maybe they have 3 eyes...maybe they have a talking lion!

I spent countless time thinking of that, going beyond what science would label my thoughts and dreams as "nonsense". Reality is nice because I'm alive and breathing. But currently, the world that I'm living in is limited to what I see to only. If I was living in Africa, I don't think reality would be nice for me and I certainly won't have the opportunity to blog about this. Since the world is so big and I can't cover every single angle of it, I tend to wonder off in my head, building my dreamland, as though I'm actually living in it.

Of course I pray and hope that whatever I made up in my head and dreams would come true but...it never does and that's a fact that I have to accept. That we all have to accept.

But that shouldn't stop us from dreaming.

Yea Or Neigh

It has been more than a year since the band Oasis has broken up well broke up as in Noel left and Liam form another band with the same name. As you all know Oasis produces music that is heavily influence by The Beatles. The band comprises of two notable figures, which are the Gallagher brothers who aren't very brotherly. Liam and Noel both are very opinionated and they bicker all the time which led to the break up. So it isn't a surprise when they called it quits.

But I always thought it won't be permanent, you know. Because they seem like the type who would argue and say that'll leave the band but after few weeks or months, they would return back. But hey what to do.

I just read in the newspaper today, about hits that never made to album. And of the songs was Acquiesce by Oasis. It is definitely a song that can sum up the aura of Oasis. The starting of it already gives you the impression of rock and roll and sends you back to a gig or a pub where you song is playing. It is definitely a great track. Both Liam and Noel show their unique vocals and they fit perfectly. I have never been a Oasis follower, I do enjoy their musics and it's too bad that they've gone their separate ways.

Maybe they would've stayed if both lowered their ego. Pshh men and egos.
